Vacation, Sick Time and Paid Holidays
Reico Kitchen & Bath offers a comprehensive benefits package to its’ employees. This is a summary of benefits the Reico offers our employees.
A more comprehensive benefits packet explaining waiting periods, eligibility and plan descriptions will be provided upon employment.
Vacation
Reico offers all full-time employees paid vacation and is accrued throughout the year. Employees earn 2 weeks of vacation leave per year for the first 3 years of employment. They earn 4 weeks per year after 3 years of service and more vacation time after 10 years of service.
Personal Day
Reico offers all full-time employees one paid personal day. This is in addition to Vacation time.
Sick Time
Reico offers non-exempt (hourly) full-time employees the ability to accrue an additional 3 days off for sick leave or medical related appointments.

Reico has 7 paid holidays per calendar year:
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Friday after Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
