Selecting Kitchen Appliances
Selecting kitchen appliances is a critical driver to the kitchen design process. Finding and selecting your kitchen appliances first in the process helps identify space, gas/electrical locations and design requirements to create the right kitchen design for your space.
Appliances are often considered the “jewelry” of the kitchen, adding look, style and performance to your kitchen. The essential kitchen appliances you must consider include:
- Dishwasher
- Microwave
- Refrigerator – Free Standing, Counter Depth or Built-in
- Range – Free Standing or Slide-in
- Oven – Single, Double or Microwave Combination
- Cooktop – Gas, Electric or Induction
- Ventilation – Hood or Downdraft
