First joining the industry and Reico Kitchen & Bath in 2008, Stephanie Steele has built a knowledge and understanding of not only kitchens and baths, but of clients and teammates.

Having experienced the responsibilities of her roles as Project Coordinator, Key Business Manager as well as multiple leadership positions, Stephanie is passionate about taking care of people.  For her clients, that means communication, honest answers and setting expectation to help them enjoy as much of the design and remodel process as possible.

It is Stephanie’s goal to make sure her clients understanding what they are getting and why.  She stays up to date on industry trends, making sure her designs provide the right value and function for the client’s needs.

When not designing, Stephanie enjoys and appreciates time spent with family, friends and her dog.
