With an Associate of Science in Interior Design Degree from Randolph Community College and a career of industry experience developed since 1997, Leigh Southard joined Reico Kitchen & Bath in January 2025.

Working in both new construction and remodeling, Leigh has a passion for providing customer service from start to finish. There are so many things that can’t be controlled throughout any project, but she is committed to provide the best custom service no matter the circumstance.

Her goal is to create a smooth process that doesn’t overwhelm the client on the way, whether that is creating their dream kitchen or a design that functions the way the need it to, leaving them happy with the result.

When not designing, Leigh enjoys time with family, English Country Dance, watching Tar Heels basketball and Carolina Hurricanes hockey and time at Topsail Beach.
