Gregg Waller joined Reico Kitchen and Bath in 2021 as a founding member of our Wilmington, NC team, bringing with him over 30 years of expertise working in the kitchen and bathroom industry.  

Gregg discovered his passion for the industry early, starting in Las Vegas before moving to North Carolina.  Gaining experience in both new construction and remodeling, he continued to build his industry knowledge.  He developed critical problem solving skills and learned to anticipate the challenges that arise during construction projects. This became especially valuable as he continued his career growth, adding design and sales to his experience managing kitchen and bathroom projects.

For Gregg, the best part of his Reico role in this dynamic market is meeting new customers and creating solutions for their projects. A current member of the Wilmington Cape Fear Builders Association, he leans heavily on his experience in the industry to insure that all his customer’s needs are satisfied and their expectations exceeded. 

When Gregg is not at the office, he enjoys the many coastal activities North Carolina offers as well as sampling its culinary delights with his wife and family.
