With a Bachelor’s degree in Residential Environments and Design with a minor in Property Management from Virginia Tech in May 2023, Caroline Bowling immediately jumped into the kitchen and bath industry before joining Reico Kitchen & Bath full time in 2025, coming full circle from her time as a Reico intern in 2022.

Continuing to develop her own skills and expertise in design, measuring and client relationships, Caroline has found her passion in improving the functionality of her client’s spaces and helping them utilize the area they have to work with to its full potential. It is her goal when working with clients is to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing space that aligns with their needs and lifestyle.

When not designing, Caroline enjoys long walks and exploring new places.
