Marble Countertops
Often utilized in kitchens as the ideal countertop surface for a bake zone, marble kitchen countertops offer a classic stone look in any kitchen or bathroom. Because of its' high price tag, it is very often seen as a smaller, complimentary top to the main kitchen countertop. While striking in appearance, it is more porous than granite and also scratches easier than its granite counterpart. A marble kitchen or bathroom countertop will require ongoing maintenance and need to be resealed periodically to help prevent staining.
