Engineered Stone

Engineered Stone is a manufactured stone product, created from crushed stone and bound by resin.  Engineered Stone provides a more consistent color pattern while maintaining a natural look.  

Engineered Stone offers a durable surface that is mold and mildew resistant.   It is a non-porous material that offers up a natural look to the countertop surface.  It is a surface that is typically easy to maintain, and can be fabricated to sizes, shapes, edge profiles and finishes that are truly customizable.  Typical thickness for engineered stone is ¾”.   Reico offers a variety of engineered stone countertops to compliment any kitchen or bathroom.  

Engineered Stone should not be confused with Quartz, a manufactured product that contains quartz stone pieces and resins and that utilizes a different manufacturing process that how Engineered Stone is created.  Visit our Quartz product page for more information on that surface.
